Aricon offers a no questions asked return policy for 30 days from the date of shipment.

 

If more than 30 days have gone by since your shipment, unfortunately we can’t offer you an instant refund or exchange.  However, at Aricon we pride ourselves on customer satisfaction and will do everything we can to resolve any issue in a timely manner.  Please contact Aricon with any complaints or concerns and arrangements will be made as per each individual circumstance.

 

To be eligible for a refund within 30 days of shipment, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it.  We understand the item may have been removed from packaging for fitting purposes, however if the item has been soiled we will not accept return.  Please take this into consideration when fitting, if it is necessary for the saddle to be used while fitting, be sure it is clean.  Items returned must also be in the original packaging.  If this is not possible, contact must be made with Aricon to discuss return options.

 

Refunds (if applicable)

Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

If you are approved, then your refund will be processed mmmediately, and a credit will be applied to your credit card or original method of payment.

 

Sale items (if applicable)

Only regular priced items may be refunded, unfortunately sale items cannot be refunded.

 

Exchanges (if applicable)

We will replace items if they are defective within 30 days. We will repair defective or damaged items if they are returned within 6 months, shipping cost for these will be charged to the customer.  We will also exchange items for a different size with in 30 days of purchase, providing returns are clean and unused.

You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item unless the item you are returning was faulty. If this is the case Aricon will either refund you the shipping amount or add a credit to your name for future orders.

 

Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you, may vary.

 

If you are shipping an item, you should consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
